The problem is that organs are rare the world over – too rare. Although surveys show that two thirds of the German citizens are willing to donate their organs, only 17% of them have an organ donor card.
Everybody with an organ donor card says “Yes” to the life of others. The “Fürs Leben. Für Organspende” event aims to convince every German citizen to say "Yes".
